Introducing The Butterfly Haven Project

To share our vision, I ask you to come on a journey with us, after all, it might be one of you (or your loved ones) that require this in the future

Imagine feeling so low, so exhausted, empty and isolated as you reel from one of life’s traumas; the death of a loved one; the recovery from a serious illness; a victim of a vicious crime, or whatever it may be. You know you’re not the same person you once were, your mind and body feels separate from each other, vying for attention. Rambling thoughts and feelings create a ripple of intense uneasiness creating anxiety, stress and most likely the start of depression.

Mental illness has arrived and you simply don’t know what to do or where to go. You’re alone and have no idea where to turn for help. You feel isolated as there is no one going through quite what you are experiencing right now.

You’re scared but dare not openly admit it, so you use coping strategies to get through each day. You notice you swear more, your body aches with a constant sickness and your head throbs to remind you, it’s as if you’re going mad.

You know you need help, you’re now ready to accept it but who can you trust; where can you go?

But there is help, WE ARE HERE

The Butterfly Haven Project is a place for individuals to settle and stay when life gets tough and supports you when you’re facing life’s traumas.

We hear you, we listen and we reassure you and to respond to your needs by creating a unique therapy and advice programme which will set you on the road to recovery.

We have Butterfly Haven ‘hubs’ around the country, holding clinics to reach you in the first instance. It’s totally confidential so you need not worry.
